I am a retired engineer who discovered a love for bookkeeping through part-time work for a variety of businesses, including a retail bakery, private school, church, horse farm, and a retail gift store. While raising my children, I served as the full-time bookkeeper for three companies, handling accounts receivable and payable, payroll, inventory management, account reconciliations, financial reports, as well as setup and cleanup. These companies included senior care facilities, a horse bedding manufacturer, and a women’s apparel company with operations in Costa Rica and headquarters in Marietta, GA.
